Return & Refund Policy
At The Oxford Mint, each gold coin is crafted with precision, authenticity, and the highest standards of quality. Owing to the intrinsic nature and value of gold, all gold coins are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.
However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives seriously damaged—either to the outer packaging or to the product itself—due to mishandling by the delivery agent or for any other reason, the following procedure applies:
Report the damage by sending an email to info@oxfordmint.com within 12 hours of receiving the parcel.
The email must include clear photographic evidence showing the nature and extent of the damage to both the packaging and the coin or contents.
Our quality assurance team will review the evidence and verify the claim.
If the claim is found to be genuine upon verification, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be calculated at the prevailing gold price on the date of refund or the original purchase price—whichever is lower.
Please note that claims reported beyond 12 hours of delivery or without proper photographic evidence will not be eligible for refund consideration.
